Arrival & Departure
Check-in time at The Acacia Lodge is after 2:00 PM. Checkout time on your day of departure is 12:00 noon. (special arrangements may be accommodated for check-in and departure based on availability)
Minimum Stay
Most of the year we accept two-night minimum reservations; however, we do require a minimum three-night stay on holiday weekends and all weekend bookings of 3 or more rooms (e.g. either Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday).
Cancellations
A Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express account number is required in order to reserve a room. No charges will be made to your account until 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival for individual rooms and 30 days prior to your arrival for the entire lodge. Due to the unique nature of the Lodge and its private rooms, we regret that cancellations within 14 days of your scheduled arrival must be charged despite the cancellation of credit card. This cancellation policy is extended for holidays and large groups and is otherwise subject to change without notice.
Extra Guests
All suites and rooms are for two people only. There is an extra charge of $25 per night per additional guest.
Key Replacement
There is a $20 charge if keys are not returned.

Reservations are required to stay at The Acacia Lodge. In order to ensure availability for your specific room, please call or reserve online well in advance.
